How much does a custom business sign cost?
The price depends on the sign type, size, materials and lighting. As a guide, our custom LED neon signs start at $299, metal signs at $349, blade signs at $399, light box signs at $450, 3D channel letters at $599 and monument signs at $1,200. How long does it take to make a custom sign?
You get a digital mockup in as fast as 2 hours. Once you approve the final design, manufacturing and shipping take approximately 13 to 17 working days for final delivery. If you need rush production or expedited shipping, email info@signagecrafting.com before placing your order.
What is the difference between LED neon and glass neon signs?
LED neon signs recreate the glow of traditional glass neon with flexible LED strips inside a silicone housing. They use far less electricity, run cool to the touch, are much harder to break and can be made in any color, shape or font.
How long do LED neon signs last?
Quality LED neon is typically rated for around 50,000 hours of use, which is years of nightly operation. Every custom sign also comes with our 1-year limited warranty covering LED modules, power supplies, wiring and manufacturing defects.
Do LED neon signs use a lot of electricity?
No. LED neon uses far less power than traditional glass neon. A small indoor LED neon sign draws roughly as much electricity as a household light bulb, so it is inexpensive to leave on every night.
What are channel letters?
Channel letters are individual 3D letters and logo shapes mounted on a building, usually with internal LED lighting. They can be face-lit (the front glows) or halo-lit (light glows around the back), and mounted flush to the wall or on a raceway. They are the most common sign type for storefronts and office buildings.
Can your signs be installed outdoors?
Yes. Our LED neon, light box, channel letter, blade, metal and monument signs are all available in outdoor-rated, weather-resistant builds. Let us know where the sign will be installed in your quote request and we will recommend the right materials.
Do you install signs?
No. We design, manufacture and ship your sign, and your own local sign installer or licensed electrician handles the installation. Many cities require a permit for exterior business signs, and requirements vary by location, so check with your local building department before installing.
Do you ship custom signs nationwide and internationally?
Yes. Shipping is complimentary worldwide on all custom commercial signage, and you get a tracking number as soon as your sign is dispatched. For international deliveries, local customs duties, import fees and taxes are paid by the customer.
What warranty do your signs come with?
Every custom sign comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering internal electrical components (LED modules, power supplies and wiring) and manufacturing defects. If something stops working, send us a video of the fault and we will ship replacement parts once it is verified. See our Terms of Service for details.
