2. Custom Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Because every sign we manufacture is uniquely crafted to your specific branding, dimensions, and material requirements, we cannot accept returns for custom-made orders once they have been produced.

Cancellations are only permitted before the product enters the active production phase. If you encounter any issues with your design or need to halt an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

3. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Goods

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods before signing off with the courier. We take extensive measures to package our signs securely, but transit damage can occasionally occur.

If your goods arrive damaged:

• You must notify both the delivery agent and Signage Crafting in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
• You must include clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product, as well as images of the exterior and interior packaging, to facilitate our verification process.

Note: Failure to notify us and provide the required evidence within this 48-hour timeframe will result in the goods being deemed free from defects, and will void our obligations to address the transit damage.

4. Warranty & Repair Process

We stand behind the premium quality and craftsmanship of our products. Signage Crafting offers a 1-year warranty on all custom signs covering electrical and manufacturing defects.

If you experience any operational issues during this period, please contact us with images or videos clearly demonstrating the problematic component. Upon verification, we will promptly manufacture and ship a replacement for the damaged or defective part so your sign remains fully functional.

5. Shipping Discrepancies

While we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure accurate delivery, Signage Crafting cannot be held financially responsible if the shipping company provides proof of delivery to your provided address, but the product is ultimately not received (e.g., stolen after delivery).

If you notice any discrepancies in shipping updates or delivery status, contact us immediately. We will actively work alongside you and the shipping company to investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Material Variations & Discolorations

Due to the bespoke, handcrafted nature of our manufacturing process, slight variations in finish, texture, or discoloration may occur between the digital mockup and the physical product.

Furthermore, differences in perceived color may arise due to variations in individual computer screen calibrations and printer outputs. By placing an order with Signage Crafting, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations as a natural part of the custom manufacturing process.

7. Feedback

Your satisfaction and feedback are highly valued. If you request a pre-production cancellation or encounter an issue requiring a refund evaluation, we kindly ask that you share the specific reason for your request. Your insights are critical in helping us continually improve our engineering, packaging, and customer service standards.
