At Signage Crafting, we proudly offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all custom commercial signage. We are dedicated to ensuring that your high-quality signs are manufactured precisely and delivered to your doorstep securely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

Because every sign is custom-built to your specifications, all orders require your final design approval before entering the production phase.

  • Standard Timeline: Once your design is approved, the combined manufacturing and shipping process takes approximately 13 to 17 working days for final delivery.
  • Operating Hours: Our production facilities and order processing teams operate Monday through Friday, excluding major public holidays.

Expedited & Rush Orders

While our standard service covers manufacturing and delivery within the estimated timelines, we understand that some projects are time-sensitive. If you require rush production and expedited shipping, please contact us at info@signagecrafting.com before placing your order. Rush requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on current manufacturing capacity and logistical feasibility.

2. Tracking & Logistics Updates

As soon as your custom signage passes our final quality control inspection and is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and logistics provider. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time until it arrives.

3. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We take extensive precautions to package our signs securely; however, transit issues can occasionally arise.

Damaged Goods

If your product sustains damage during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the exterior/interior packaging. Upon verification, we will promptly manufacture and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a carrier loses your shipment, please notify our team immediately. We will act as a liaison and assist you in filing a formal claim with the logistics provider to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Unforeseen Delays

Please note that shipping delays caused by severe weather events, customs clearance holds, or carrier-specific logistical disruptions are beyond our direct control. We appreciate your patience should these rare circumstances occur.
